Matteo Torretta was born in Rho, passion for cooking, follows his vocation by choosing to study at the School of Hotel Carlo Porta, Milan.

His professional growth develops alongside the internationally renowned chef.

In 2004 he moved to Spain for four years, increasing and consolidating skills and competencies.

His art is expressed with a menu that combines simplicity with harmony, forms that amaze in flavors that enhance the value of raw material.
